The person initiating the recording is responsible for obtaining consent. We recommend starting every botless call with a verbal disclosure to ensure you remain compliant with local recording and privacy regulations.

Standard local numbers in the US, Canada, and the UK are $10/month when billed annually.

Because infrastructure costs vary by country, mobile and local numbers in other regions, such as Germany or Australia, have different monthly rates. You can contact our sales team to get specific pricing for your global expansion.

Every subscription includes:

• Unlimited calling to the US and Canada‍
• $10/month credit per user for worldwide calling, shared across your team (no rollover)

• Local Numbers: Tied to a specific city and generally the most affordable. In the US/Canada, these typically support SMS (coming soon!)
• Mobile Numbers: Required for SMS functionality in many regions outside of North America (like the UK).

All calls in the United States and Canada are included at no additional cost in CoRecruit Core. Like most professional VoIP systems, both incoming and outgoing calls consume minutes or fall under your unlimited bundle.

Every purchase of CoRecruit’s AI Assistant comes with a free VoIP that has unlimited USA and Canada calling.

Our Desktop App captures system audio directly from your computer. This "botless" approach eliminates the distraction of a visible meeting assistant, making it ideal for calls where your candidate or client is more comfortable speaking directly with you instead of seeing the bot watching the call. This helps keep the human experience without losing the benefits of an AI Assistant. 

No. The app automatically detects when a call starts (on platforms like WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom, and more) on your desktop and prompts you to record. Recording only begins if you explicitly choose to start it. Alternatively, you can start recording by clicking on our system tray icon at any time and choosing the “Record Now” option.
