Why we started CoRecruit

In 2018, Ryan Frampton and Jordan Malfara saw a systemic flaw in how agencies scale. As firms grew, the "admin gap" widened: precious candidate insights were being lost in messy notebooks and unrecorded calls.

They realized that when a recruiter’s memory is limited by their manual notes, the whole firm loses its edge.
