How is CoRecruit VoIP priced?

‍VoIP is included with CoRecruit AI Assistant. Get unlimited USA/Canada calling plus $10/month worldwide credit. You only pay if you add phone numbers or need to make extra calls to regions outside of USA/Canada.

What’s the difference between local and mobile numbers?

‍Local numbers are cheaper and tied to a specific region. Mobile numbers are slightly more expensive but will support future SMS messaging. If SMS doesn’t matter today, choose local.

When should I choose an unlimited bundle instead of pay-as-you-go?

‍If you frequently call a region (e.g., UK candidates daily), unlimited bundles are more predictable and cost-effective. For occasional international calls, pay-as-you-go is usually enough.

Are all calls included in unlimited bundles?

‍Most standard landlines and mobile numbers are included. Premium and satellite routes are billed per minute.

How quickly can we start using CoRecruit VoIP?

‍You can start calling immediately with a new CoRecruit number. Porting an existing number typically takes a few days, depending on the carrier.

Do incoming calls count toward limits or bundles?

‍Yes. Like most VoIP systems, both incoming and outgoing calls consume minutes or fall under your unlimited bundle.

What VoIP features are available at launch?

How do VoIP and the desktop app work together?

‍VoIP is for core recruiting calls. The desktop app is for capturing calls from WhatsApp, Teams/Zoom/Meets, Slack huddles, FaceTime, and similar platforms.
