CoRecruit – Service Level Agreement

 

Article 1: Introduction

TeamsRecruit B.V. has updated this Service Level Agreement, which is effective as of the date shown below. Disputes about this SLA and the Services provided by TeamsRecruit B.V. are subject to a binding agreement between the Client and TeamsRecruit B.V.

Article 2: Support

TeamsRecruit B.V. offers support to optimize the use of the Service. The support offered by TeamsRecruit B.V. can be subdivided into three categories:

  • Category 1 – Reporting of bugs, problems, and incidents.
    These can be reported by sending us an email at development@corecruit.com or via the contact form on support.corecruit.com.
  • Category 2 – Questions regarding usage of the Service.
    These can be submitted via the contact form on support.corecruit.com.
  • Category 3 – Requests regarding new functionalities to be developed.
    These can be submitted by sending us an email at development@corecruit.com.

  1. Working days are from Monday to Friday from 9 AM (CET) until 5 PM (CET) in the Netherlands, except for public holidays officially recognized in the Netherlands.
  2. Categories 1 and 2, TeamsRecruit B.V. will, during workdays, provide advice asap or give a projection of the time needed to answer the question or give a follow-up.
  3. Category 3 will be added to the CoRecruit Road map. Our development team will assess if it will be part of (near) future CoRecruit development.

 

Article 3: Maintenance and upgrades

  1. System maintenance and upgrades are included in the CoRecruit fee. Any major maintenance and system upgrades take place outside Working Days, when possible.
  2. TeamsRecruit B.V. will provide information on maintenance and upgrades by email. We will notify you if the Service’s functionality will be affected extended or changed significantly.

 

 Article 4: Planned interruptions

  1. Regular Infrastructure Maintenance
    TeamsRecruit B.V. shall set aside four hours a month for regular maintenance of network components. These hours shall be scheduled outside office hours as much as possible.
  2. Other Planned Network Interruptions
    In rare cases, TeamsRecruit B.V. may decide that emergency maintenance must be performed, in which case TeamsRecruit B.V.’s services may be interrupted in part or in full. You receive advance notice of the time and expected duration if possible. TeamsRecruit B.V. shall endeavor to perform emergency maintenance at the least inconvenient time.
