How it works
Every recorded call made through your 3CX instance is automatically sent to CoRecruit for processing. Once the integration is configured, CoRecruit runs silently in the background — recruiters simply make their calls as normal and the notes appear in the ATS when the call ends.


CoRecruit processes each 3CX recording and extracts the key insights from the conversation — then pushes them directly into the relevant candidate or contact record in your ATS. No copy-pasting, no manual entry, no end-of-day catch-up. Every call becomes a structured, searchable record the moment it ends.
The CoRecruit + 3CX integration works with your existing setup — inbound and outbound calls, any agent, any device. Once configured via the 3CX Admin Console, it runs automatically across your entire team. If CoRecruit is correctly connected, recruiters will see "CoRecruit Recording" when dialling out or receiving an inbound call, confirming the integration is active.
