How does the CoRecruit + Call Mantra integration work?
After connecting your Call Mantra account to CoRecruit using your unique GUID, any recorded call is automatically sent to CoRecruit for processing. Notes and follow-up material are generated and pushed directly into your ATS — no manual uploads or data entry required.
How do I get my Call Mantra GUID?
You need to contact Call Mantra support directly at customercare@coanetwork.com to request your unique GUID and to have webhooks enabled on your account. Note that Call Mantra must enable the integration on their end before you connect in CoRecruit — attempting to connect before this is done will result in an error.
Does each team member need to set up their own connection?
Yes — the Call Mantra integration is a user-level setup. Each CoRecruit user connects their own account using their individual GUID. This ensures calls are always linked to the correct recruiter's records. Setup takes only a few minutes once your GUID has been provided by Call Mantra.
