📝 Automated Call Notes

Every intake, interview, client, or reference call is captured automatically and converted into structured notes—no typing, relistening, or missed details. Quil ensures your Contact records in Thrive TRM are up to date with every interaction, giving you accurate documentation instantly.

🔄 Automatic Thrive TRM Updates

Notes are automatically submitted to the Activity Timeline on the selected Contact record. This eliminates manual copying and pasting, ensuring your CRM stays organized and accurate without extra effort.

Limitations to Note

Activity Types: Not supported in Thrive TRM integration; no dropdown or manual configuration is available.
Database Fields: Quil cannot update standard or custom fields at this time.
Follow-Up Materials: Documents or summaries cannot be uploaded to Thrive TRM via Quil.
Chrome Extension: Not supported for this integration.
