I'm incredibly excited to share a big product milestone for CoRecruit. We've been heads-down on it for a while, and it's finally here.

After beta testing with 100+ firms, we're bringing Sourcing and Contact Data live! It's designed to tackle a lot of pain points we've seen recruiters run into:

• Staring at a blank search bar, hoping the right candidate turns up
• Finding the right person, then losing them to a bounced email or a disconnected number
• Rebuilding the same search from scratch every time a similar role opens

Today, we’re launching the solution. 

1. Sourcing that starts itself

CoRecruit now drafts the perfect filters to kick off your search from the transcript of your intake call or the job description. No blank search bar. No guessing at Boolean strings. You get a shortlist, not a starting point!

And when the right fit isn't already sitting in your ATS, CoRecruit doesn't just shrug and tell you to go look elsewhere. It waterfalls across 20+ data providers until it finds candidates and clients externally, verified and ready.

2. Data you can reach

CoRecruit now helps you get verified emails and phone numbers, cross-checked across that same network of 20+ providers, for candidates and clients both. Not just business emails for your BD conversations. Personal contact details too, because a great candidate match means nothing if the email bounces.

This isn't a separate tool you open. It's built straight into the same record you're already looking at. 

One more thing… 

We also launched another awesome update: 

When a candidate joins a call and sees an AI bot sitting there, they adjust what they say. It's not that notes are being taken, it's that it stops feeling like a one-on-one conversation.

So we completely revamped our Desktop App. It takes accurate notes automatically, with no bot needing to be visible on the call at all. Same conversation you'd have without us in the room, except now everything's captured.

Why we built it this way

Every feature we ship has to answer one question: does this get a recruiter to the right conversation faster? Sourcing, Data, and the new Desktop App all do exactly that. One finds the person. One makes sure you can reach them. One makes sure the conversation itself stays human. Together, they make all the difference. 

We know you didn't get into recruiting to babysit a database or perform for a bot on a call. You got into it to build relationships and place great people. That's still the only thing we're building toward.

To everyone who's been asking "can it find people we don't already have," "can it just tell me if this number's still good," and "can we please lose the bot," this one's for you. Thank you for pushing us here.
